The Potrero Flats residential project at 1301 Sixteenth Street is a six-story building that features:
- 172 rental units (2 bedrooms or larger)
- Ground floor retail space
- Ground floor PDR space
- Vehicle parking and secure bicycle parking
- High quality landscaped open space
- 12 flexible occupancy residences
The building takes a modern approach with transparent glass or timber panels of varying wood finishes. Between these two layers are deep terraces, which help to activate the building’s exterior while enhancing its residential character.
In 2017, CTA Engineering & Surveying began working with the developer on this multi-year project. The surveying services include construction staking, monitoring and quality control. CTA is proud to be a part of this mixed-use project of commercial and residential living.
